Hello World!

Are any more people from the Netherlands or Europe in general having problems connecting to American sites in the evening? For the past few days my connection speed has been at less than crawling speed in the evening, with me only being able to achieve 1k/sec at maximum, even though I'm currently behind an ISDN line. Which is incredibly annoying when trying to upload several files with a combined size of over 12 MB. Does anyone know if a cable got damaged somewhere or something like that?
