New 'Nemesis' Photos Hit The Web

Just as the 'Star Trek: Nemesis' teaser trailer beamed into theatres, Paramount Pictures released several new high-quality still images from the film to further whet fans' appetites.
Eight new photos from the film are available online at Yahoo Movies, together with two older images showing the Enterprise-E crew. The stills mainly focus on the movie's villains, including Shinzon and the Reman Viceroy.
One of the new pictures, seen here to the left, shows the Romulan Senate in session. The floor is symbolically covered with a map of Romulan and Federation space, separated by the Neutral Zone. Above the Senate hangs a bird of prey, grasping two spheres which represent the twin planets of Romulus and Remus.
Another image depicts the Reman Viceroy, played in the film by veteran actor Ron Perlman. The Remans' terrible appearance is caused by the fact that one side of their planet always faces the sun, and so they are forced to live in darkness on the other. Although they are seen as outcasts by their Romulan brothers, the Remans, known for their skills as warriors, fought with the Romulans during the Dominion War.
To see more images, including photos of Shinzon and Commander Donatra, head over to Yahoo Movies. Thanks to 'JacksonArcher' for this!
