Billingsley To Play Recurring Role in 'Prison Break'

John Billingsley will play a recurrent role in upcoming episodes of FOX's freshman series Prison Break.

Billingsley, who played Phlox on Star Trek: Enterprise, reported the news on his web site, where he thanked fans on New Year's Day for their continued interest and appreciation.

"On the career front...for me, a recurring role on Prison Break," wrote the actor. He also mentioned that his wife had a film in the Sundance Film Festival this year, which they would both be attending.

Prison Break, which tells the story of a man trying to get his innocent brother out of death row before his execution, has been nominated for a Golden Globe for best drama series.
