'Void' Photos and 'Workforce' Synopsis

About this time of the week, both UPN and the official site tend to release new media and synopses for upcoming episodes. StarTrek.com has held true to form, posting 6 pictures from next week's new Voyager episode, 'The Void'. However, oddly enough, thus far UPN has only posted a new synopsis for 'Workforce', which is set to air on the 21st of the month. You can find both that synopsis and a couple of the photos below, the photos, of course, ebign property of Paramount.
Abducted, brainwashed and integrated into an alien workforce, Janeway and 130 Voyager colleagues are unaware of their history together, nor of Chakotay's efforts to return them, body and mind, to Voyager. Even though he's held captive, Tuvok resists the continuing mind assimilation, but the others have become comfortable with their surroundings and new acquaintances, including Janeway, who has found a charming admirer.
