Hello World!
Gilmore Girls, as devoted Hello World! readers will know, is one of my favourite TV shows currently airing. In a rather surprising move, the WB has announced they're making a spin-off!
According to Zap2it, the new series will focus on resident bad boy Jess and his yet-to-be-seen father. Although I think Jess works well in the ensemble cast of Gilmore Girls, I'm not terribly keen on seeing an entire show devoted to his character.
The beauty of Gilmore Girls is that each character compliments the other, and I'll be disappointed to see Jess taken out of the mix. The show has already lost one bad boy since Chad Michael Murray left for greener pastures on Dawson's Creek, so that just leaves icky Dean. I'd be disappointed even if they gave Paris (my favourite character) her own spin-off, because I like watching the development of her relationship with Rory.
On an administrative note, all the Trek Nation sites recently moved to a new server, which is why they were inaccessible for several hours yesterday. All problems should be ironed out within a few days.
