X-Men Bullets

Despite the film's release date, July 14, still being nearly a month away, Bryan Singer's 'X-Men' film is already attracting lots of media attention, much of which is of course focused on main star Patrick Stewart (Jean-Luc Picard). Here's a summary of the most important news from the past few days:

• Bryan Cairns at Another Universe has written a preview of Stewart's role in the film, also including a summary of his career.

• The new Starburst Summer Special contains a special look at the 'X-Men'. On the site there's a preview of the article.

• According to an IGN FilmForce article, the Fox TV network will be airing a special related to the film, featuring Stewart and the rest of the cast. The special will be tied in with the storyline of the film itself.
