John De Lancie To Guest Star On Andomeda

Over at SlipstreamNews, TrekToday's sister site dedicated to 'Gene Roddenberry's Andromeda', we're reporting that John de Lancie (Q) will be appearing in an upcoming GRA episode.

The episode DeLancie will be appearing in is The Pearls That Were His Eyes, which Andromeda's head writer Robert Wolfe had been promising for a while would feature a 'potentially really cool guest star', which has now turned out to be the Trek actor. DeLancie will be appearing as a character named Uncle Sid.

Two other character names that were revealed for the episode are Grask (played by Peter Kelamis) and Mick (played by Ty Olsson). Nothing is yet known about the episode's storyline, but a bit more about this announcement can be found in the original SliptreamNews item.
