Dutch weather is horrible. Twice today I've had to change into dry clothes after being caught by heavy rain just when I'd gone outside. Both times it was completely dry when I left the house, and also both times it stopped raining at the exact moment I stepped off my bike, completely soaked. An umbrella is beginning to look more and more like an attractive investment...
