  • The Boston Globe reported that Scott Bakula (Archer) brought a large family group to dinner in the Back Bay, quoting an observer as saying, "He is quite a hottie, signing autographs and being very nice."

  • William Shatner (Kirk)'s official web site has a new report on his participation in Spplat Attack Two.

  • A transcript of Kate Mulgrew (Janeway)'s Q&A panel at the Galileo Double 7 Convention in Germany earlier this month may be found at Totally Kate!

  • Ricardo Montalban (Khan) appears in a new Dunkin' Donuts commercial in which he speaks to a woman about her coffee. Thanks to Doug Wilson.

  • George Takei (Sulu) has filmed a guest appearance on the Vancouver sitcom Alienated, according to the Vancouver Sun.

  • Fans of the NBC series Boomtown have set up a petition to try to get the network to air the unseen episodes of the series, including one guest-starring Anthony Montgomery (Mayweather). LeVar Burton (LaForge) also appeared in an episode. The petition is at Save Boomtown.

  • Casey Biggs (Damar)'s official web site is sponsoring an eBay auction to benefit the actor's scholarship fund benefitting Pennylane, a foster care organization. The auction will start on November 1st and will include photos, action figure and more.

  • Former Trek scribe Ron Moore will discuss the Battlestar Galactica revival along with Tom DeSanto and Glen Larson at Galacticon 2003, October 24-26, 2003 at the Sheraton Universal Hotel in Los Angeles.

  • Simon and Schuster has released the cover image for Star Trek: Captain's Blood.

  • DVD Answers has a photo of the boxed set containing all six original series DVDs, due out in January.
