- UK network BBC2 will be holding a Star Trek night, tentatively scheduled for September 16, Star Trek Monthly reported. To be hosted by fan Jonathon Ross, the evening will include a showing of DS9's 'Trials And Tribble-ations,' documentaries, interviews with the stars, and the film 'Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home.' - SidCity has posted a Variety article dealing with Alexander Siddig's (Julian Bashir) upcoming film 'Night Witches.' Although the article reported that Malcolm McDowell (Soran) would star, Siddig said that "Malcolm's involvement is not confirmed, just amicable and dependent on a whole bunch of factors." - Nanavision.com reported that Nana Visitor (Kira Nerys) will be replacing Robert Picardo (The Holodoc) at the upcoming Vulkon convention to be held in Ft. Lauderdale, on September 16. Further details are available at the Vulkon web site.
