DeBoer To Star In '5 Days To Midnight'

Nicole de Boer (Ezri Dax) will co-star in the original miniseries 5 Days To Midnight, the story of a man who discovers that he will be murdered in five days unless he can find a way to stop it.

Sci Fi Wire announced the casting of the Sci Fi Channel production, headlined by Oscar-winning actor Timothy Hutton of Ordinary People.

The miniseries will also star Independence Day's Randy Quaid and Braveheart and Equilibrium's Angus MacFadyen.

Hutton will play the college professor who learns that he is about to be murdered. De Boer will play his sister in law, while McFadyen will portray a potential murder suspect and Quaid will appear as the homicide detective.

Since Deep Space Nine completed production, de Boer has starred as Sarah on Michael Piller's The Dead Zone on USA.

The five-hour miniseries will air over five consecutive nights in June 2004.
