Stewart Wins Olivier Award

Patrick Stewart won the Best Supporting Actor for his role of Claudius in Hamlet.

As reported by The First Post, Stewart received the honor at the 33rd annual Laurence Olivier Awards Ceremony, held in London last Sunday.

Appearing in the Royal Shakespeare Company production with David Tennant (Doctor Who,) who played the title role, Stewart portrayed Claudius, Hamlet’s uncle and the villain of the play.
