Ryan Joins TNT’s Leverage
1 min readJeri Ryan, best known to Star Trek fans for her role of Seven of Nine in Star Trek: Voyager, will be appearing in the second season of Leverage.
As reported by TV Squad, Ryan will portray Tara, a “smart-ass, street-wise con woman,” who will be a friend of Sophie’s (Gina Bellman.) The role of Tara will be a recurring role, although it is unknown in how many episodes Ryan will appear.
Ryan joins other former Star Trek actors who have worked on the show, such as Jonathan Frakes (director,) Armin Shimerman, Brent Spiner and Kitty Swink (the latter three on the “The Juror #6 Job” episode.)
Another former Star Trek actor, Wil Wheaton, will also be making an appearance in the second season.
