Saldana Gets Physical
1 min readZoe Saldana (Uhura) is just a bit sore from playing the tough Aisha in The Losers.
As reported by Comicbookmovie.com, Saldana spoke to MTV about her role as the “loose cannon” Aisha in The Losers and the effects of playing Aisha on her body. “I don’t even know why I’m wearing a skirt,” she said. “I’m full of black-and-blues.
“[Aisha’s just lethal…completely lethal,” said Saldana of the “tough-as-nails” character. “Mr. Cameron and J.J. [Abrams] created a little monster, there’s no such thing as me playing a weak role for a woman. I’m addicted.”
The Loser has a tentative release date of April 16, 2010.
