Shatner To Auction Paintings For Quake Victims
1 min readWilliam Shatner will the guest of honor at a private charity party where paintings will be auctioned off to benefit victims of the Haiti and Chile earthquakes.
Shatner will auction off artworks from his wife, Elizabeth Shatner, and from Italian-born artist Giorgio Tuscani.
The private, invitation-only charity party will be held on Saturday, April 17, in Studio City, taking place at Tuscani’s antique-filled Italianate mansion, House of Angels. House of Angels will also be sold for the benefit of the earthquake victims.
Shatner will also be raising awareness of his annual Hollywood Charity Horse Show, due to take place May 1 at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank.
During this event, world-class horses and riders perform and compete and a special musical guest, Sheryl Crow, will perform. Beneficiaries of the show will be: AHEAD with Horses, Camp Max Straus, Starlight Children’s Foundation, Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, Hollenbeck Police Activities League, The Painted Turtle and St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
