Pegg Wins UK National Movie Award

Star Trek XI‘s Simon Pegg has picked up an award today at the UK National Movie Awards (NMA).

The award was in the Comedy category for Paul, which starred Pegg and Nick Frost.

Other winners included:

• Animation: Tangled
• Performance of the Year: Colin Firth
• Must See Movie of the Summer: Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows: Part II
• One to Watch Brits Going Global: Jamie Campbell Bower
• Special Recognition: The King’s Speech
• Screen Icon: Johnny Depp
