Takei To Appear With North Carolina Symphony

Star Trek‘s George Takei will be appearing next weekend with the North Carolina Symphony in Sci-Fi Spectacular, a program of music from sci-fi films and television shows.
Takei will appear in two Sci-Fi Spectacular shows, next Thursday and next Friday.
In Sci-Fi Spectacular, Takei will guide those in attendance “through the galaxy accompanied by music from E.T., Star Wars, Close Encounters, and Star Trek.
Takei will host and narrate the show. The North Carolina Symphony is conducted by Jack Everly.
Sci-Fi Spectacular will take place at 7:30 PM on Thursday, June 27, and Friday, June 28, at 7:30 PM at the Meymandi Concert Hall in Raleigh, North Carolina. Tickets range from thirty-two to sixty-seven dollars and can be purchased here.
