“It looks like we found Mister Spock!”
No, it looks like you found someone who can’t draw.
It reminds me of the Sentinel poster they released for Days of Future Past at Comic-Con last week… and not in a good way… but NOW with zombie Vulcans!
This was a great story, if you two can’t get it, that’s your problem, not the writer’s or IDW. It seems that you have a problem with this comic book because it’s based on the movies, and little else that that.
I’m just so glad we rebooted the franchise in order to tell fresh, new stories! Now, on to remaking every TOS episode… with a TWIST!!!! How very M. Night Shamalamadingdong of them.
They are telling original stories in the book, though; the origins of Uhura, Kirk, Scott, McCoy, Chekov, Sulu, Keenser and Hendorff (aka ‘Cupcake’), plus original stories that are sequels and prequels to the movies. They may have more in the future, you never know.
