Pine On People Magazine Sexiest Man List

People Magazine’s Sexiest Man Alive 2013 list is out, and Star Trek into Darkness‘ Chris Pine is included in the list of a dozen men.

The list included actors, singers, comedians, athletes and a celebrity’s son.

Pine came in eighth on the list, and People had this to say about the actor. “We’ve always admired Star Trek‘s Captain Kirk for his piercing baby blues and…sorry, lost our train of thought there. But as it turns out, Pine is more than a pretty face. The Cal grad, 33, is an eloquent speaker, telling Out this year, ‘I think there is a growing homogenization of what masculinity means.'”

Pine also likes smart women. “I think after the initial attraction kind of dies down, the lust dies down, there has to be the thing that engages you and that is intelligence and humor.”

The People Magazine Sexiest Man Alive 2013 list include: Adam Levine, Idris Elba, Luke Bryan, Jimmy Fallon, Bruno Mars, Jonathan and Drew Scott, Justin Timberlake, Pine, Pharrell Williams, Ronan Farrow, Justin Theroux, and David Beckham.
