Star Trek into Darkness‘ Chris Pine had an accident while on the set of Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit that resulted in a broken finger.
The injury came about as the result of a stunt gone wrong.
“I broke my finger in a stunt in a very not-too-romantic way,” said Pine. “I was just trying to tackle someone and I just flicked his forearm and then screamed in pain.”
Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit will appear on movie screens next week.

Hope he’s ok. I broke a finger once, so I know how much that can hurt.
Yea, I’ve broken a thumb before and in a silly situation as well. In one of those inflatable bungie run things… I just tell people it was a bungie accident and it sounds more impressive.
