Star Trek into Darkness‘ Chris Pine will be appearing in Sam Shepard‘s Fool for Love play.
Fool for Love will be held at the Williamstown Theatre Festival in Williamstown, Massachusetts.
In Fool for Love, two lovers (Pine and Lauren Ambrose) are “holed up in a seedy motel on the edge of the Mojave Desert,” where they “unpack the deep secrets and dark desires of their tangled relationship, passionately tearing each other apart. Beaten down by ill-fated love and a ruthless struggle for identity, can they ultimately live with, or without each other?”
Fool for Love will be directed by Daniel Aukin. The play will run from July 23 through August 3 on the Nikos Stage.
