Two Star Trek actors were up for Emmy awards last night at the 66th Annual Emmy Awards ceremony held in Los Angeles; but only one walked away with an award.

Mulgrew was nominated for Best Supporting Actress in a Comedy for her role in Netflix‘s Orange is the New Black. She went up again Julie Bowen (Modern Family), Allison Janney (Mom), Kate McKinnon (Saturday Night Live), Mayim Bialik (The Big Bang Theory), and Anna Chlumsky (Veep). Janney won the Emmy.

Cumberbatch was nominated for Actor, Miniseries or Movie for his role of Sherlock in PBS’ Sherlock: His Last Vow. Other nominated for the award were Chiwetel Ejiofor (Dancing on the Edge), Billy Bob Thornton (Fargo), Martin Freeman (Fargo), Idris Elba (Luther), and Mark Ruffalo (The Normal Heart). Cumberbatch won the Emmy.

Star Trek: Enterprise‘s Scott Bakula was one of those presenting the awards at last night’s ceremony.
