Next year, a new comic series will feature Spock (original) and New Vulcan.
The story will cover four issues, and focus on the older Spock and the “ten Vulcans left after the homeworld is destroyed.”
The series is a “reflection and celebration of Nimoy Spock for fans,” said writer Mike Johnson.
Legacy of Spock will make its debut in March, and will wrap up right before Star Trek Beyond is released.

“Ten Vulcans left”? I thought there were more than that.
Me too. I’m hoping that was an exaggeration.
I’m sure there were other Vulcans off world at the time
I’m thinking it might actually be a typo — in the movie, it’s mentioned in the dialogue that there are somewhere in the neighborhood of “ten thousand” Vulcans remaining offworld following the planet’s destruction. I’m guessing a word accidentally got dropped, there.
The final panel should end in one way. Spock Prime melds with Quinto’s Spock–saying “Remember.”
I’m sure it’s a typo, the movie did, in fact, say ten thousand.
