Shatner In Hallmark Christmas Movie
1 min readWilliam Shatner will be seen next month in Hallmark’s Hall of Fame movie Just in Time for Christmas.
Shatner will join a former Trek actor, Christopher Lloyd (the Klingon Kruge) in the holiday movie.
In Just in Time for Christmas, “Lindsay (Eloise Mumford) is faced with a life-altering decision as Christmas approaches: Stay in her tiny hometown and marry boyfriend Jason (Michael Stahl-David) or accept a coveted post teaching at an Ivy League college on the other side of the country. What to do? Fortunately for Lindsay, she has some big-time help in the form of a magical messenger (Shatner) who is able to transport her three years into the future to see how it would all turn out. Christopher Lloyd co-stars as Lindsay’s beloved Grandpa Bob.”
“Had a great time filming my next movie, Just in Time for Christmas with Hallmark Hall of Fame,” said Shatner. “Watch the trailer and enter to win some prizes including a Star Trek ornament I’ve signed!”
Just in Time for Christmas will air on Saturday, December 5 at 8 pm EST on The Hallmark Channel.
They really blew their budget on that beard.
Still getting work at 84? Bill, you’re amazing.
It’s horrible, isn’t it? It looks like a sock that’s been tied on with string.
While I’m glad to see Shat getting work, Hallmark movies are in the same realm as Lifetime movies on the “sickening treacle and syrup” scale of things.
The movie will take an abrupt turn when the magical messenger (Shatner) and Grandpa Bob (Christopher Lloyd) decide to fight to the death over a lava flow.
