Star Trek into Darkness‘ Bruce Greenwood will take on a military role in a new CBS pilot.
The actor will be portraying a general in the military drama Four Stars.
In Four Stars, “two powerful rival families in the military community of Tampa, Florida…make decisions at the highest levels in the interest of national security.”
Greenwood will take on the role of General Buckley, “a four-star general in charge of worldwide special operations for the U.S. military who is fiercely protective of his brood.” Steven Bauer will play his opposite number, General Rodriguez.
Ashley Zukerman will portray Danny, Buckley’s son. Wilmer Valderrama will play Matt, the son of General Rodriguez, and Ana Cruz Kayne will play Rodriguez’s daughter Syd.
