Star Trek Beyond‘s Simon Pegg will be joining Margot Robbie in Terminal, a noir thriller directed by Vaughn Stein.
Terminal is the story of “two hit men (Dexter Fletcher and Max Irons) as they embark on a borderline suicide mission for a mysterious employer and a large paycheck. Along the way, the unlikely pair discovers that a dynamic woman named Annie (Robbie) may be more involved than they had originally suspected.”
IMDB provides a little more information on Pegg’s role. “In the dark heart of a sprawling, anonymous city, two twisted tales are unraveling in the dead of night. Bill [Pegg], a terminally ill and irritatingly fussy man, seeks refuge in an all night cafe and falls into conversation with Annie, beautiful waitress and macabre confidante. Across the precinct, locked in a cramped and filthy apartment, hardened killers Vince and Alf are lying in wait to carry out a hit, and driving each other insane. As the stories unfold and the characters collide, the conspiracies mount and we realize that nothing is at it seems.”
Terminal is currently shooting in Hungary.
