New Theme Song For Star Trek Beyond In China

Star Trek Beyond will open in China on September 2, and there is a new song and poster for the movie.
The song, Lost in the Stars, is performed by Chinese pop star Zhang Jie, who is featured on a new poster promoting the movie.
The movie is also featured in an episode of the Chinese variety show Happy Camp. The show had an audience of two hundred million viewers per week!
Simon Pegg spoke about the movie during the Chinese press tour. During a question and answer session, he revealed that the planet Altamid was named after his daughter Matilda, and that Commodore Paris was indeed a “nod” to Star Trek: Voyager‘s Tom Paris.
