Abrams To Produce Broadway Play

J.J. Abrams will co-produce the London stage comedy The Play That Goes Wrong, when it makes its Broadway appearance.
The play is “about an amateur troupe’s disastrous attempt to perform a 1920s murder mystery,” and will star the original West End cast.
Abrams and Co-Producer Kevin McCollum saw The Play That Goes Wrong on the West End and became fans of the production.
The Play That Goes Wrong will debut in April at the Lyceum Theater, with previews to begin March 9.
