Gendel At Escape Velocity 2017

Those attending this year’s Escape Velocity, to be held September 1–3 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C. will be able to see a special screening of The Next Generation: The Inner Light with a commentary by screenwriter Morgan Gendel.
“Escape Velocity is a micro futuristic world’s fair to promote STEAM education within the context of science fiction using the fun of comic cons and fascination of science and engineering festivals. Escape Velocity seeks to make a measurable positive impact to boost informal learning on the more conceptually challenging academic areas.”
Gendel, who wrote the Hugo Award-winning The Inner Light episode, “is a screenwriter and producer with more than two hundred credits, including the CW Network hit, The 100, on which he serves as co-executive producer for the current season.”
Seating is limited, first come, first served, with early entry for VIP ticket holders. The screening of The Inner Light with Morgan Gendel will take place Saturday, September 2, at 3:30 PM.
