Four Star Trek comics will be released by IDW Publishing in December.

The titles include: Star Trek: Boldly Go, Vol. 2, Star Trek: Boldly Go #15, Star Trek: Discovery #3, and Star Trek: New Visions: The Hunger.

Star Trek: Boldly Go, Vol. 2 features a collection of “all-new adventures of the new crew in the new timeline! As the Federation and the Romulans convene in the wake of the Borg attack, the precarious peace is threatened by the murder of a key diplomat…and a Starfleet cadet is the prime suspect! Don’t miss this all-new adventure, guest-starring Jaylah from Star Trek Beyond, and the cast from the hit Starfleet Academy series! Collects issues #7 through #12.

Star Trek: Boldly Go, Vol. 2 was written by Mike Johnson and Ryan Parrott. It features art by Tony Shasteen and Megan Levens, and a cover by George Caltsoudas. The one-hundred-and-forty-four page issue will cost $19.99.

Star Trek: Boldly Go #15 features part three of the I.D.I.C. story. In this issue, “the mastermind behind the colliding realities is revealed! Can the multiple Kirks and their crews unite in time to save all of their universes?”

Written by Mike Johnson, with art by Tana Ford, and covers by Tony Shasteen, Angel Hernandez, and Yoshi Toshitani, the thirty-two page issue will sell for $3.99.

Star Trek: Discovery #3 continues “the official comics tie-in to the blockbuster new Star Trek television show. In this issue, “secrets of the new characters are revealed as Star Trek embarks on a bold new journey!”

Written by Mike Johnson and Kirsten Beyer, and featuring art by Tony Shasteen, and covers by Shasteen and George Caltsoudas, Star Trek: Discovery #3 will be thirty-two pages in length and will cost $3.99.

Finally, Star Trek: New Visions: The Hunger will feature a new danger for the Federation. “For thousands of years, it had drifted above the outer rim of the Galaxy, draining life from all the worlds it found there. Now, it has learned of the banquet of populous planets near the heart of the Milky Way, and is heading there at terrifying speed, with only the Enterprise standing in its way.”

Star Trek: New Visions: The Hunger is written by and features photo manipulation by John Byrne. The forty-eight page issue will cost $7.99.
