Yelchin Statue Unveiled

A bronze statue of Star Trek: Beyond‘s Anton Yelchin was unveiled yesterday.
The statue, created by sculptor Nick Marra and FX artist Greg Nicotero made its appearance at the Life Celebration event for Yelchin, who died in June 2016.
Some of Yelchin’s co-stars appeared at the Los Angeles service, including J.J. Abrams, Zoe Saldana, and Simon Pegg, who is seen in the picture accompanying this article.
The statue is now at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery’s Garden of Legends, where it can be viewed by the public.
