Shatner: Check Your Bawballs, Fellows!
1 min readWilliam Shatner has joined Cahonas Scotland‘s campaign to make men more aware of male cancers and the need for regular self-checks.
Cahonas Scotland exists “to educate people about the signs and symptoms of male cancers and the importance of early detection, to remind them to regularly self-check their testicles and to reduce embarrassment and stigma relating to male cancers.”
“#Check Yer Bawballs @CahonasScotland,” said Shatner, via Twitter to his 2.5 million followers. He also posted a picture of Canadian and American-themed baubles (bawballs).
Aberdeen football star Adam Rooney is also supporting the cause. Shatner and Rooney got into Twitter war about bawball size, which you can read here, if you need a bit of light amusement today.
Cahonas Scotland is asking men to take pictures of themselves with “bawballs,” and encouraging other men to do the same.
