Pegg To Direct His First Film

Star Trek Beyond‘s Simon Pegg, a writer and veteran actor, will soon be able to add “director” to his résumé.
“My directorial debut…Will hopefully be shooting by the end of this year,” said Pegg. “(Nira Park) sent me a script last year and said, ‘This might be your first film.’ I read it and said, ‘I think you might be right.’ Sure enough, that’s what we’re gearing up to do in November.”
Pegg did not specify which film he would be directing. When that information comes out, TrekToday will let its readers know what film it will be.
