Two Star Trek comics from IDW Publishing will be arriving this April.
As mentioned in an earlier article, the Year Five series will make its debut with Star Trek: Year Five #1. Also releasing in April will be Star Trek: The Q Conflict #4.
In Year Five #1, “the crew of the U.S.S. Enterprise left Earth four years ago. They’ve traveled to strange new worlds, defeated impossible foes, and made universe-changing decisions. But now, with the end in sight, they’ll have to face their biggest challenge yet. Written by Jackson Lanzing and Collin Kelly, Year Five #1 features art by Stephen Thompson, and covers by J.J. Lendl and Greg Hildebrandt.
The thirty-two page issue will cost $3.99.
Next up is Star Trek: The Q Conflict #4. In this issue, “as the Captains try to figure out how to beat Q at his own game, the godlike beings offer a dangerous new challenge, drawing the extra-dimensional Prophets out of their wormhole to join the competition! The stakes have never been higher in the biggest Star Trek crossover ever.”
Written by Scott and David Tipton, The Q Conflict #4 features art by David Messina and covers by Messina and George Caltsoudas.
