Picardo To Divorce
1 min readStar Trek: Voyager’s Robert Picardo (EMH) has filed for divorce.
Picardo and wife Linda Palwik were married in October 1984 and have been married for almost twenty-seven years.
Picardo filed the divorce papers in Los Angeles last week, citing irreconcilable differences as the cause of the marital break up.
The couple has two daughters, aged twenty and thirteen.
I am very sorry to hear that.
Divorce is stylish these days. Principles, integrity and character is frowned upon, its become a resume` enhancer. This may not apply to the Picardo couple but is worth commenting on generally.
They were together for 27 years but suddenly, they have “irreconcilable differences”. Pathetic.
Won’t this ruin the integrity of opposite-sex marriages?
Aww, that’s sad for Bob. Though the info on his kids is incorrect. IMDB lists them born in 1989 and 1991. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000585/bio Which seems more likely, as I don’t recall hearing of him having a daughter in Voyager’s 5th season – and whenever any of the cast had a kid during the later series, we did hear of such.
No one said it was sudden, and, people change. “Irreconcilable differences” is usually used because there isn’t a “Fuck it, we’re done” box on the form.
It doesn’t, because they were together for 27 years.
Why Are Straight People Knowingly Sending Each Other To Hell; But Still Do Want Same-Sex People To Get Married?
Matthew 19:9
9 “And I say to you, whoever divorces his wife, except for immorality, and marries another woman commits adultery.”
Mark 10:9
9 “What therefore God has joined together, let no man separate.”
Mark 10:12
12 and if she herself divorces her husband and marries another man, she is committing adultery.”
Hebrews 13:4
4 Marriage is to be held in honor among all, and the marriage bed is to be undefiled; for fornicators and adulterers God will judge.

Hahaaa, I meant to say “Don’t Want Same-Sex People To Get Married”.
Makes Me wonder if mistakes were made like that in the bible, since a lot of the people that had to make copies of the bible, no printing presses, could not read. Funny thing is in a number of the copies, there were no spaces, just one big sentence. :O)P
“All these years… it was ‘celeBRATE!!!’ *sob*”
