MTV Movie Awards Trek Nomination

One of the nominations for this year’s MTV Movie Awards will be of interest to Star Trek fans.
The 2014 MTV Movie Awards will take place Sunday, April 13, and will be hosted by Conan O’Brien.
Star Trek into Darkness guest star Benedict Cumberbatch was nominated in the Best Villain category. His fellow nominees are:
- Barkhad Abdi – Captain Phillips
- Michael Fassbender – 12 Years a Slave
- Mila Kunis – Oz The Great and Powerful
- Donald Sutherland – The Hunger Games: Catching Fire

I still think Cumberbatch resembles a bowling pin. Or maybe a Q-Tip.
Despite the controversy, Benedict Cumberbatch did an excellent job in playing John Harrison aka a surgically and vocal altered Khan Noonian Singh. So, it will be interesting to see what happens.
