Star Trek Beyond Set Visit

A visit to the Star Trek Beyond set by Entertainment Tonight revealed a small plot secret.
The secret was revealed courtesy of a photo.
In the video shown below, Chris Pine shows a weapons bay, John Cho spills the small plot secret, and Karl Urban talks uniforms and explains how the scripts were set up so that any leaks could be traced.
Urban also revealed the time frame for this movie. “On this one you’ll notice there’s been aging,” he said. “It’s like there’s two years into the mission, so there’s wear and tear on the ship.”
Cho gave insight into the mindset of some of the crew partway through that five year mission. “At the beginning of the movie, we’re all sort of getting to a, uh.. We’re all home sick,” he said. “And we’re getting into our ruts, and we’ve been around each other too long, and that’s sort of where it starts. And Sulu has a heartache…”
