Two Star Trek comics from IDW Publishing will arrive in June.
The comics are Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #3, and Star Trek New Visions: An Unexpected Yesterday.
In Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #3, “now it can be revealed! This miniseries, centered on the Mirror Universe of Star Trek: Discovery, delves deeper into the characters you only thought you knew.”
Written by Mike Johnson and Kirsten Beyer, and featuring art by Angel Hernandez and covers by Hernandez, Yoshi Yoshitani, Declan Shalvey, and Jordie Bellaire; Star Trek: Discovery: Succession #3 will be thirty-two pages in length and cost $3.99.
Next up is Star Trek New Visions: An Unexpected Yesterday. In this issue, “Kirk and his crew venture into the past, only to discover it is nothing like what their history books teach — no trace of the devastation of World War III and the Eugenics Wars. What can have caused such a divergence? The answer is to be found in An Unexpected Yesterday.”
Star Trek New Visions: An Unexpected Yesterday was written by and features art and photo manipulation by John Byrne. The forty-eight page issue will sell for $7.99.
