George Takei has turned from sci-fi to horror in the second season of AMC‘s The Terror. For the second season, the show is called The Terror: Infamy and it is set in a Japanese internment camp.
“Set during World War II, the haunting and suspenseful second season of the horror-infused anthology, The Terror: Infamy, centers on a series of bizarre deaths that haunt a Japanese-American community, and a young man’s journey to understand and combat the malevolent entity responsible.”
Takei takes on the role of Yamato-san, a “community elder and former fishing captain.” Others in the series include Derek Mio, Kiki Sukezane, Christina Rodlo, Shingo Usami, Naoko Mori, and Miki Ishikawa.
