1 min readFans wishing to have a Star Trek-themed wedding can try their luck in a contest offered by Star Trek: The Exhibition with the ultimate prize being a wedding held at the Exhibition in Philadelphia.
As reported by The Franklin, as was the case in March when Detroit hosted Star Trek: The Exhibition, another wedding contest is being offered by Star Trek: The Exhibition, with the winning couple being the one receiving the most votes in an online competition. The winning couple will be married aboard the bridge in the exhibition and receive a four-hour reception inside the Franklin Institute for up to one hundred guests. The winners will also receive a wedding cake from the Franklin Institute, and accommodations for the couple for two nights at a nearby hotel.
To enter, couples must submit a photo and a short paragraph, telling why they should be chosen as the couple receiving the wedding. Entries must be received by June 24. From July 6th through the 20th, the public will vote for their favorite couple.
