There will be thirteen conventions, shows or appearances in April and May that feature actors of interest to Star Trek fans. This listing of conventions and shows features actors from four of the televised series and several of the Star Trek movies.

Two Australian Supanova Pop Culture Expos will start off the month of April. Brisbane 2011 will be held from April 1-3 at the RNA Showgrounds and Melbourne 2011 will be held from April 8-10 at the Melbourne Showgrounds. Star Trek XI‘s Simon Pegg will be in attendance at Supanova.

On April 9, the two-day The Official Star Trek Convention: The Celebration of the 45th Anniversary will be held in Phoenix, Arizona at the Sheraton Crescent Hotel. In attendance will be: J.G. Hertzler, Max Grodenchik, Robert O’Reilly, Armin Shimerman, Gwynyth Walsh, Barbara March, Jeffrey Combs, Casey Biggs, and Vaughn Armstrong.

Events include an optional Star Trek “Rat Pack” performance by Grodenchik, Armstrong, Combs, Biggs and Shimerman; Breakfast with the Klingons, an on-stage makeup workshop, and a costume parade.

Starfest will be held at the Denver Marriott Tech Center from April 15-17. In attendance will be actors Jonathan Frakes, Jeffrey Combs and Casey Biggs, as well as authors Dayton Ward, Kevin Dilmore and Christie Golden.

Next up is Icon 30, which will take place on April 15-17 at Stony Brook University in Stony Brook, New York. In attendance will be actress Denise Crosby and Trek authors Bob Greenberger, Keith DeCandido and Peter David.

On April 17th, at the Los Angeles Comic Book and Science Fiction Convention, Sherry Jackson (Andrea from What are Little Girls Made of?”) will be signing autographs from noon until 4 PM.

Wizard World Anaheim Comic Con will be held April 29-May 1 at the Anaheim Convention Center. In attendance will be Robert Picardo, Chase Masterson, Denise Crosby, Sally Kellerman, John de Lancie, Catherine Hicks, and Lee Arenberg.

The convention billed as Europe’s largest Star Trek and Sci-Fi convention, FedCon, will be held from April 28-May 1 in Düsseldorf, Germany. In attendance will be: Scott Bakula, Wil Wheaton, Robert Duncan McNeill, Marina Sirtis, Nicole de Boer, Arlene Martel, Carel Struycken (Mr. Homn), Garrett Wang and Trek author David Mack.

Wrapping up April will be William Shatner‘s Priceline.com Hollywood Charity Horse Show, to be held at the Los Angeles Equestrian Center in Burbank, California on April 30.

May begins with the Motor City Comic Con 2011 which will be held at the Suburban Collection Showplace in Novi, Michigan (Metro Detroit) from May 13-15. In attendance will be: Brent Spiner, George Takei, Kate Mulgrew and Lee Arenberg.

Next in May will be Mobicon, which will be held at the Asbury Hotel & Suites in Mobile, Alabama from May 20-22. In attendance will be Star Trek: Voyager’s Ethan Phillips.

Australian fans in Melbourne and Sydney can see Trek actors at OzTrek5. OzTrek5 will be held on May 21 in Melbourne and May 22 in Sydney. In attendance will be Avery Brooks and Garrett Wang.

Another convention will be held on May 21-22, this one in the Dallas, Texas area. Dallas Comic Con, which will take place at the Irving Convention center, will feature the original series’s Leonard Nimoy.

Finally, May wraps up with ComicPalooza, which will be held May 27-29 in Houston, Texas. In attendance will be Marina Sirtis and Tony Todd.
