Nimoy Joins Tranformers Voice Cast

1 min read

Leonard Nimoy, who just can’t seem to retire, will be heard in a new project, Transformers: Dark of the Moon.

This is not the first time that Nimoy has done voice work for Transformers; in 1986 Nimoy voiced Galvatron in 1986’s The Transformers: The Movie.

This time, Nimoy will be voicing Sentinel Prime, the predecessor of Optimus Prime, in the 3-D Transformers: Dark of the Moon, which is scheduled to open on July 1.

In Transformers: Dark of the Moon, the astronauts taking part in the first moon landing in July of 1969 have a secret mission to carry out on the dark side of the moon, and in doing so, they find out that humanity is not alone.
