Masterson In Take Out

1 min read

Star Trek: Deep Space Nine‘s Chase Masterson can be seen in a dramedy about fast food restaurants.

Masterson joins Judd Omen (Pee-wee’s Big Adventure) Justin Walker (Clueless), and Daniel Roebuck (The Fugitive) in Take Out. Take Out was written and directed by Seth Landau (Bryan Loves You).

In Take Out, “the nefarious CEO of a McDonald’s-like company tries his hand at world domination. As leader of Chief Beef, Irving Turk holds the eating habits of millions in his greedy hands. But of all people, his intrepid albeit lowly newspaper reporter grandson has had enough. And so Zack Turk and his smalltime paper but bigtime ideals starts a war. Who will win? Money and power or pluck and luck?”

Chase plays jazz singer Nicole Blu, and she sings one of her own original songs in the film.

Take Out has been in search of a distribution deal but has now been placed online for free for a limited time. The movie can be seen here.
