Takei To Be Oktoberfest Grand Marshall

George Takei will be the Grand Marshall for this year’s Oktoberfest Zinzinnati.
More than five hundred thousand are expected to attend Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, which takes place in Cincinnati, Ohio beginning Friday, September 20 and running through Sunday, September 22.
As Grand Marshall of Oktoberfest Zinzinnati, Takei will “lead the downtown Cincinnati celebration in the traditional chicken dance.”
The Oktoberfest Zinzinnati is the second largest Oktoberfest celebration in the world, second only to the Oktoberfest held in Munich, Germany.
