Shatner To Appear On Oprah

William Shatner will be one of the guests on this week’s episode of the Oprah: Where Are They Now? show.

On Oprah: Where Are They Now?, viewers can see how former guests from the Oprah Show are doing now and how they are faring “after sudden fame and notoriety turned their worlds upside down.”

This Friday, at 9 PM ET/PT on OWN, viewers will have the chance to catch up with Shatner, as the actor “allows a rare visit by cameras to his Southern California ranch” where he and wife Elizabeth breed horses. Shatner talks about his days as Captain Kirk and gives updates on his career and personal life.”

Others on the same episode include Debbie Allen (Fame), Lisa Whelchel and Mindy Cohn (The Facts of Life), and Hydeia Broadbent, a woman born HIV positive and not expected to live past age five, who is now almost thirty.

  1. I… I’m rather flummoxed that Planet Oprah feels the need to do a “Where Are They Now?” on someone who had a major career revival a decade ago, and has stayed in the public eye to this day. Then again I always enjoy watching things about his ranch. Just wish I didn’t have to go to the Oprah zone to do so.
