  1. Yesh! I LOVED these models when I was a kid! I had them all! Included a fleet of TOS Constitution Class starships (okay, same model, different decals). My FAVORITE was the Galileo Shuttlecraft. That model was my muse for many afternoons daydreaming about landing on strange planets. Glad to see them being resurrected!

  2. I built so many of these things back in the day. Good times. I’m surprised to see the AMT brand is still around.

  3. How come the ships for the new movies aren’t being made into kits by Round 2 Round/AMT? And why is Revell from Germany doing this?

That said, nice to see these new kits.

  4. Because AMT felt that the ships from NuTrek were not relatable.

  5. Then AMT/Round 2 Round’s being full of shit. What happens when many of the (older) fans who buy these kits get old and begin to die off, thus depriving the company of buyers of their wares?

  6. Then the company will move on to sell something else that has more of a market than NuTrek, like ferret digestive system mock-ups.

(I’m still getting a kick out of your wondering where all the NuTrek merchandise is. We’ve explained this to you many times.)

  7. You’ve explained nothing, sir, and it doesn’t make any sense other than that you hate the movies simply because they don’t have the ‘purity’ of what you and others here think Star Trek is. Eventually, what I said will happen, and AMT/R2R will have to deal with reality and start making kits/merch based on the new movies.
