This latest issue of the ongoing five-year-mission was written by Mike Johnson with art by Tony Shasteen and a cover by Joe Corroney. Star Trek #43 was overseen by Roberto Orci.

About The Author
These look as good as many Prime comics, although I haven’t bought any yet. It’s interesting that the reboot comics have defaulted to TOS type characters and relationships — Kirk is a more confident, intelligent character than he is in the movies. Maybe that’s a necessity in a comic story.
