Picardo Planetary Post LightSail 2

In the latest edition of The Planetary Post, Star Trek: Voyager‘s Robert Picardo gets to see a test of the LightSail 2.

The LightSail is a “citizen-funded solar sailing CubeSat that sails on sunlight.”

The test of the LightSail 2 took place at Cal Poly San Luis Obispo and it follows the successful LightSail 1 test.
