Book/Comic/Ornament Reveals From Star Trek Las Vegas

Fans now know what the first Star Trek: Discovery book and comic will look like, and a Hallmark 2018 Trek ornament was also revealed at STLV. The information comes courtesy of TrekCore, who is in attendance at the event.
The cover for Star Trek: Discovery: Desperate Hours was shown to fans in attendance. Written by David Mack, the story is a prequel to Discovery and set in 2255.
IDW Publishing will release its first Star Trek: Discovery comic in October. Written by Mike Johnson, the story will feature T’Kuvma and fellow Klingons.
Hallmark showed a “concept rendering” of a 2018 Trek ornament, which features Kirk and Sulu in a fencing scene from the original series The Naked Time episode.
