Remembering Leonard Nimoy Special Director’s Edition DVD

For those who haven’t yet seen Remembering Leonard Nimoy, which aired on PBS earlier this year, EXCEPT IN MY CITY, there is good news with the release of a Special Director’s Edition DVD of the movie.

Remembering Leonard Nimoy is an intimate journey into the personal life and career of Leonard Nimoy, who is best known for playing Spock in the Star Trek franchise. This documentary is a loving tribute to a cultural icon and father, as told by his daughter, Julie Nimoy.

“Produced and directed by Julie and her husband, David, Remembering Leonard Nimoy offers insights into Leonard Nimoy’s childhood, career in Hollywood, and battle with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD).

The special features for the DVD include stories from Nimoy’s grandchildren, plus Nimoy’s hobbies and interests, including his photography career.

The DVD can be purchased at LLAP, the online shop created and run by Nimoy and his granddaughter Dani.
